Yes we do. The shipping prices are equal no matter the country. However there might be some customs duties in your own country if you are located outside EU.
E.g. if you are located in the U.S., most orders valued at $800 (USD) or less enter in the country duty-free. In Canada the de minimis value threshold is $20 (CAD).
We advise you to check duties and customs procedures with your local authorities prior to order.
It depends on whereabout you are. Our promise is to deliver our products just about anywhere. After our order processing the delivery usually take 3-7 business days to arrive within EU. Deliveries outside Europe can take anywhere from 6-10 days to arrive.
More detailed delivery information will be provided to you in the order confirmation email.
We believe people are super happy wearing our products, but if for some reason the product does not meet your expectations we try to help you in every way. In that case, please contact our customer service at email@example.com.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed by since you receive the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Thanks to the elasticity of wool, we believe that if you explore our size chart carefully, you’ll find yourself the correct size without fitting several products. For that reason we hope that our customers do not order different sizes only for fitting purposes since every shipment has a carbon footprint and we try to do our best for the climate.
Changing your mind is of course okay and after we’ve received and reviewed the product, we’ll refund the price of the product reduced by the returning shipment costs. In that case, please contact our customer service with an email: firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving the order to make a return notification. Please note that all returned items must be unused and in its original packaging.

Because you are a true wool lover! Since our products such as woolen socks are hand knitted instead of industrially manufactured, it is impossible to make the fibre so tight that it wouldn't pill. That's the main difference between industrial manufacturing and hand knitting.
As it is we recommend you to care any authentic hand made products with a wool comb or pill remover every now and then.
Since wool is antibacterial and dirt repellent by nature, we suggest washing only if there's visible dirt on sock. How ever, if you feel that the socks have stretched too much (it can happen to a naturally elastic fibre, washing will help product return to its original shape.
Wash with like colors. The washing machine shouldn't be too full, preferably use delicate or wool cycle. Steam ironing under a towel after washing recommended.
Do not bleach Do not tumble-dry Dry flatWash at 30°-40°C Dry clean is possible
Oh we know :) When you wash the socks and they are still wet, it is possible that you smell the "lovely" fragrance of countryside and the sheep. The fragrance will go away when the socks get dry again. We are sorry about this slight natural inconvenience. :)
Unfortunately it can but usually only if it's in direct contact with your skin. Many people use the wool socks on cotton socks anyways at least during the cold seasons so if your allergy isn't the worse kind, you should be okay.
Please note that the socks are knitted in our wool artisans' homes so in some cases there might be pets involved. Of course our wool yarns and the final product are kept separate from animals but we cannot promise that a single hair didn't find its' way to a wool sock.
So, Happy in Finland Company is a privately owned tiny business which I founded during the corona spring when the whole society turned upside down. Then I realized I wanted to do happy meaningful things in my life instead of being in a rat race. You can follow my story on this webshop news and stories section.
