We believe people are super happy having and wearing our products, but if for some reason the product does not meet your expectations we try to help you in every way. In that case, please contact our customer service at hello@happyinfinland.com.

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed by since you receive the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please note that we accept refunds on items on sale only if the item was faulty when sent from Happy in Finland. 

Please note, that to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. In the case of hygiene products as well as wearable textiles such as; socks, towels, beddings or rugs or similar products, we have to be especially strict. 

Thanks to the elasticity of wool, we believe that if you explore our size chart carefully, you’ll find yourself the correct size. Without fitting several products. For that reason we hope that our customers do not order different sizes only for fitting purposes since every shipment has a carbon footprint and we try to do our best for the climate.

Changing your mind is of course okay and after we’ve received and reviewed the product, we’ll refund the price of the product reduced by the returning shipment costs: 4,90€ in Finland and 14,90€ international.

In that case, please contact our customer service with an email hello@happyinfinland.com within 14 days of receiving the order to make a return notification. Please note that all returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
