We believe people are super happy having and wearing our products, but if for some reason the product does not meet your expectations we try to help you in every way. In that case, please contact our customer service at email@example.com.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed by since you receive the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note, that to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. In the case of hygiene products as well as wearable textiles such as; socks, towels, beddings or rugs or similar products, we only accept returned products if special care and caution has been observed while fitting and trying them out.
Thanks to the elasticity of wool, we believe that if you explore our size chart carefully, you’ll find yourself the correct size. Without fitting several products. For that reason we hope that our customers do not order different sizes only for fitting purposes since every shipment has a carbon footprint and we try to do our best for the climate.
Changing your mind is of course okay and after we’ve received and reviewed the product, we’ll refund the price of the product reduced by the returning shipment costs: 4,90€ in Finland and 14,90€ international.
In that case, please contact our customer service with an email firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving the order to make a return notification. Please note that all returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
